From the moment I arrived, the staff at Hilton Mall Of Istanbul were incredibly helpful and friendly, exceeding my expectations. Goktug and Yunus Emre were particularly outstanding in assisting with various matters. the hotel's location, right next to the Mall Of Istanbul, provided a perfect blend of shopping and leisure activities. the room service was prompt, and the food at Kuzine Restaurant was exceptional, especially the Lamb Chops. the Spa was a highlight, with a special mention to Ellis for the fantastic service. I also enjoyed the convenience of direct subway access to Masko station. the hotel's proximity to important attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque made it a convenient choice for sightseeing.
